PRODUCTION
We specialise in customised teamwear and apparel, including sublimated uniforms, printed gear, training wear, supporter apparel, and off-field merchandise.
All items are custom-made to order and manufactured specifically to customer requirements.
Because custom manufacturing is involved, production and delivery timeframes may vary depending on order size, supplier demand, freight schedules, stock availability, and approval timelines.
Sublimated Custom Gear
Generally takes between 8–12 weeks for production and delivery.
Standard Printed Gear
Generally takes between 3–5 weeks for production and delivery.

All production timeframes are estimates only and are provided as general guidelines.
Delays may occur due to supplier demand, freight delays, customs processing, public holidays, manufacturing schedules, stock shortages, artwork revisions, or circumstances outside of our control.
Production timeframes begin once artwork approval, sizing confirmation, and required payments have been completed.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
ORDER PROCESS
1. Design Consultation
We discuss your design requirements, quantities, sizing, and garment options.
2. Artwork Approval
Mock-ups and artwork are finalised and approved by the customer before production begins.
3. Invoice & Payment
Invoices are issued payment is confirmed.
4. Production
Your order enters manufacturing.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Once production is completed, orders are dispatched for delivery.

Delays outside of our control may occur.
Custom-made products cannot be refunded once the order has commenced.
Customers are responsible for approving all artwork, sizing, and order details.
Communication regarding delays or manufacturing updates will be provided where possible.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Production Timeframes
All quoted production and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided as general guidelines.
Estimated timeframes:
Sublimated custom gear: 8–12 weeks
Standard printed gear: 3–5 weeks
Delays may occur due to:
Supplier demand
Freight or courier delays
Customs processing
Public holidays
Manufacturing schedules
Stock shortages
Artwork revisions
Other circumstances
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Artwork & Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, sizing, spelling, quantities, and order details before production begins.
Once approval is provided, responsibility for errors transfers to the customer.
Payments
Production may not begin until the required payment has been received.
Late payments may affect estimated production timelines.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the customised nature of all products, refunds or cancellations are not available once order has commenced.
Refunds are available if the product provided does not match the product ordered, ie - wrong colours or garments.
Communication
We will make reasonable efforts to provide updates regarding production and delivery where possible.
All communication is to go through our email as provided.
Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with payment, invoice acceptance, or order confirmation, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
